3.1 Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction to use the Services.

3.2 Account Registration: Users may need to create an account to access certain features. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and agree to notify Meta-Quip of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Disrupt the functionality of the Services.

4.1 Ownership: Users retain ownership of the content they post or upload but grant Meta-Quip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

4.2 Prohibited Content: Users must not upload content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights.
• Contains harmful, defamatory, or illegal material.

6.1 Fees: Some Services may require payment. Users agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

6.2 Shipping and Delivery:

• Shipping costs are calculated and paid with an additional invoice.
• Meta-Quip reserves the right to revise the order and delivery costs due to rare cases of manufacturer’s information not being updated.
• We work with major mail/shipping providers but are also willing to work with the service provider of a customer’s choice.
• Meta-Quip does not guarantee the absence of additional commissions and duties associated with transportation, delivery, or customs clearance in other countries. The final cost of delivery can be changed by the delivery service after the item is shipped.

6.3 Overseas Orders Disclaimer:

• All shipments are made under DAP Incoterms 2000. The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and all applicable duties, taxes, and fees upon the shipment’s arrival.
• If the buyer fails to clear customs and the goods are not returned to Meta-Quip within 30 days, the goods are non-returnable, and no refund will be issued.
• Any returned goods due to failed customs clearance within 30 days are subject to storage fees, customs processing fees, outbound and return shipping charges, and a 25% restocking fee. Non-returnable items are not eligible for refunds.
• Exceptions must be made in writing and agreed upon by a corporate officer prior to purchase.

7.1 General Return Policy:

• Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if not installed, modified, and is complete. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
• For returns made after 30 days but within 90 days, a 50% restocking fee applies, and store credit will be issued for the balance.
• Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the date of delivery.

7.2 Conditions:

• Claims for errors must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
• Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are nonrefundable.
• All merchandise must be in original boxes and include all original packaging, manuals, and materials.
• Labor, installation, surcharges, or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
• The product must be in its original condition and not installed.
• Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges and any restocking fees that may apply.
• Electronic components are non-returnable.

Meta-Quip is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or reputation.
• Unauthorized access to User accounts.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Meta-Quip harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Meta-Quip reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Services at any time without notice for violating these Terms.

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference in the section Privacy & GDPR.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Modena, Italy.

Meta-Quip may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
